"I own 3 models of Boston Acoustics radios and they all deliver very good sound from small packages. I use the Solo as a clock radio. It works fine and is easy to use. I would give the Solo 5 stars except for the display...it is too bright even in the lowest display brightness setting. "I have been in the market for a bathroom clock/radio to replace a unit we have used for over 10 years. My wife and children all listen to different stations, so a digital tuner is a must. I like a rich, full sound, so many of the clock/radios on the market don't measure up.

"I like great sound everywhere I am. My bathroom needed a great sound in a small package. Folks, this is it. Its controls swivel portrait as well as landscape.
The sound is terrific with a heavy clean bass. The unit has bass and treble controls and I needed them to turn down the bass.
