"I moved out of college this spring and had to sell my old 2.1 system, a Logitech Z-2300. Since I moved I've been looking at various options for a replacement. "It's true that those speakers sound good and I'm glad I got them, but the cable quality linking the speakers to the bass case (or the one linking the volume button gizmo) are not good and you will hear either some parasites (if all those cables are close to one another) or some background noise (very low) when no music is on.
