"I use the Duo Horizon radio as a bedside radio and alarm clock. It reminds me of the great "old fashioned" radios of years ago--simple controls, clean lines, and especially great sound. The instructions suggest positioning the radio so that the back is near a wall, to improve the depth of the bass response, and it really does make a difference. "I love the user interface on this product because I change my wake up times frequently. Resetting the alarm time takes just a flick of wrist and you are dialed in. The sound, especially the bass is awesome. But here's the downer. I bought mine in June 2008 and by October I had to send it back because the alarm and snooze functions starting working erratically.
