"I purchased the Bose Portable SoundDock to listen to mostly while sitting out on the deck, doing yardwork, and to take on vacations. "Sounds like a $200 system but costs a fortune. It doesn't have a power on LED to tell you if the unit is on or off. Worst yet it doesn't have an on/off switch on the unit. It has on/off on the remote control. With no light to alert you to power on or off you have to shut down the Bose first in order to be sure.
