"Once I figured out how the "Tuner" worked it was smooth sailing making this work. I like the calibration system as well. It looks like a headset but instead of speakers it has microphones. You can do better...for less

"For the price, you'd expect Bose to do better. The V20 does not decode DTS, TrueHD, or Dolby Digital without the use of an optical line in addition to the HDMI (crazy, I know!). I spent an hour on the phone with Bose - who are VERY helpful, by the way - and he admitted as much. A very annoying issue the V20 also has is that it does not seamlessly change channels.
