"The only problem I've had is that the ear tips come off easily and get lost. I did however find out that BOSE is aware of the problem and has corrected it. "I have been using earbuds all my life. So I was thrilled when I heard that Bose was finally releasing earbuds. I have long thought that Bose produced superior quality sound. I was sadly disappointed. For 99 dollars this product is a complete rip off. First of all, the sound was to my ear no different.
