Not QWERTY like pictured.

"According to the listing, this is a QWERTY phone. BUT IT IS NOT. It is a QWERTZ.The first thing I noticed is the QWERTZ keyboard instead of QWERTY. May not be a big deal to some, but, even after 5 days of use, I couldn't get used to it. And all the manuals I got were in German. The phone's default phone language is in Dutch. Poor ATT backing of defective product

"Bought two Blackberry Bolds before Christmas and at 6 weeks one had a video card that quit working and ATT's service is a 1800 number. It was not dropped or damaged in any way. Called the 1800 number and their answer is to send it back and they will replace with a REFURBISHED ONE NOT NEW like what was bought 6 weeks ago and if THEIR technician feels it was damaged by us in some way they charge us $499 and do not..."
