"The LED was scratched upon receiving. The audio ring, even at the loud setting, is difficult to hear. SIM card would be readable, and then for inexplicable reasons, it would be unreadable. The LED, track wheel, and keyboard are easy to operate features. It's frustrating that there is only a quick guide that comes with the phone to guide operation.
