"Love the phone. Upgraded from the Blackberry 7100 series and I'm thrilled with this one. Keys are large and very easy to type. I also prefer the scroll to the new blackberry with the ball in center.

Phone looked brand new. Not sure what they mean by refurbished but it worked and looked new. "
