"Tip - Get some velcro and mount it that way.
Three times it went off in one day - approx 200 miles. Once it was city police- twice state trooper from 2 to 3 mile distance. Worth the money so far.

"I love this radar detector...it's a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. "This Detector has saved me a number of times but watch for "instant on". This is when the trooper picks you out and "pops" you without clocking anyone ahead of you(no prior alert). "
