Okay, but expect problems if in sandy environment

"I bought this cooling unit with the intent of using while in Iraq. It does help keep the laptop cooler than if you were relying on just the fans for the PC unit but I have encountered some problems. The first one is that the fan blades build up static and thus collect a lot of dust, something we have an abundance of in Iraq.
