"Out of the box, the product looked great and once connected to my router found itself quickly and automatically. It also found a laser printer, multifunction printer and flash drive without effort. The problem was that the device could not find the scanner or memory readers on the multifunction printer. The offshore tech support was as useless as the user manual.
