"If you need a replacement cable for your monitor don't just buy the same [price] type that came with it. If you have a high quality monitor you will see the difference using this cable. "I was using this to plug my laptop monitor into my 1080 Flat screen TV and it didnt work it all it would ever show is my background not even my icons. I was planning to have everything i did on my computer but it didnt work.
