"If you like Wii Fit, this is similar but you do a lot of jumping in this one. If you are going to put effort into it, you will burn some calories and have fun doing it. The mat (32.5” x 36.5” wide) connects to your Wii with a 10' long cord. It plugs into the first gamecube controller port.
