"DO NOT skimp on step rings! If you use a generic ring, you will be extremely frustrated when your filter or close up lens gets stuck on! It can take an hour to separate them after sitting in your vehicle with the heater cranked and sweat running off your face. If you buy junk you will buy twice. "

"To begin with, I was impressed with by the hard plastic case that comes with the B+W step-up rings. The 62mm to 72mm ring I purchased is a nicely machined unit. I hope to get years of use out of it. "
