"[...] Programming the unit was a bit tricky: the unit should be DISCONNECTED - do not attempt to program while hooked to the BUS cable. Once the cables were connected, the unit programmed and the radio activated, it finally started to work. One problem: a high-frequency hiss present all the time. "
