FEATURES- Terk Indoor/outdoor amplified long-range FM antenna
The FM Pro is Terks most ambitious FM-only antenna yet. It is a
long-range amplified antenna designed for demanding FM listeners.
Mounted indoors or outdoors in an unobstructed location, the FM Pro
combines remarkable reception and installation ease.
The FM Pro can be mounted indoors or outdoors, on a rooftop or the
side of your house, upstairs in the attic, or on the wall above
your audio components -- it is as versatile as it is powerful. (The
sleek, weatherproof housing is even paintable.)
The amplifier is housed inside the antenna and is powered via an
included power injector that sends voltage directly through the
coaxial cable and into the antennas amplifier.
For optimum performance, the FM Pro should be mounted horizontally
with the front facing the general direction of the broadcast
signal.
Includes FM-Pro antenna, 75-75 ohm 75-300 ohm coax to spring clip
adapters, 3 mounting screws, AC adapter with attached 6 foot cable
terminating in coax out (to receiver) and coax in (from antenna)
(12vDC/100mA), Instruction sheet.
* Amplifier provides +11 dB gain (remotely switchable)

"I'm an NPR addict living in a relatively remote area of upstate NY with problematic FM reception. The antenna works great, there are two NPR stations within range unfortunately I can't receive both with a single position of the antenna. I've made my choice and get a strong clear signal. "

"I have just installed my antenna, but I am very pleased with it. My only word of caution is that this antenna is large.....Like 5' long by 3" wide. This may be cumbersome if you feel compelled to keep it somewhat hidden. "

"The unit has a slim profile and the reception is much better than what we have been able to get with other units. Our main problem is a very large house- made of steel- everything. This house is a real signal blocker, but the FM50 did the job. I will be ordering at least two more units. "
