Better not have a heavy TV

"I purchased this because it was an excellent price. However the specs state it holds up to 33lbs. My TV weighed 32lbs and it would not hold it up. The screen kept constantly sliding down and facing the floor. I tried to tighten the screws several times with no luck and believe me they were as tight as you could get.
