"Can record and playback on TV. Good for playing music, recording and playing back TV stations and movies. Make sure to update the Archos firmware before using it. Also a good way to display photos on your HD TV. "

"It does it's job well. Allows recording of various media (DVD, VCR, TV etc) onto the X04 series of PVRs. Be aware that if you record an encripted DVD; you will only be able to view it on the PVR....it will not play onto a TV.Overall, a good add-on to the Archos X04 PVR.[...] "
