"The arm band will fit anyone with a 13" (around) arm or less. You could probably safely squeeze a 14" arm into it.

I'm a guy of average build with 16" arms (relaxed, unflexed) and the strap fully extended can't even touch itself around my arm, much less fold over and fasten itself.

"The arm band would not fit around my arm! I thought I bought the wrong size or something but the box said 1 size fits all ha!

Also, the ONLY decent product that NIKE makes, are shoes. This thing would probably tear in a month! Do not buy this if your bicep is 14'' or larger! "

"Earlier Nano iPod does not fit in the slot, armband is not flexible. Poor design. Will work for people less than 120 pounds with no bicep. Hard to believe this is a Nike product. "
