The 13" MacBook Notebook Computer from Apple gives you all the power of a Macintosh computer in an easily portable and attractive form. The laptop is housed in a sleek glass and aluminum enclosure. It features a keyboard with an ambient light sensor and backlit keys. The notebook is designed to meet the needs of photographers, video editors, graphics designers, educators, and businesspeople who demand a compact and light portable computer. The MacBook is powered by the Intel Core 2 Duo Processor. The Core 2 Duo is actually two processors built into a single chip, which translates into much better performance than a single processor chip. The computer is loaded with a 250GB 5400rpm SATA hard drive, 2GB of RAM, Airport Extreme wireless networking, integrated Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, built-in speakers and Apple's SuperDrive, an 8x speed DVD burner. The computer features a beautiful glossy 13" widescreen display that delivers a bright and clear image. All this hardware runs on Apple's OS X 10.5

The best laptop on the market todate

"This laptop is exceptionally built. Of the 8 laptops I have owned (all are from different companies) I would buy this one again. There are a couple of complaints, the lack of an internal memory card reader and fire wire port, while not show stoppers it is an annoyance. Trying a little hard on new design

"I had the White Macbook 2.0ghz which worked fine but I decided to switch to the new macbook for a perfomance boost.
