"The case is protective, but the screen protector does not snap into place, it only "rests" in place, so when you put the Nano in, sometimes it slips. the opening for the cords to plug in are not suitable with most cord sizes, so you have to remove the case in order to get the plugs in, which leave the Nano unprotected.
