"Good idea but lacking. So it is nice in principal that this was specially designed for the iPod nano and Nike + (which I love a highly recomend). But it was not that well designed: - You have no way of seeing the iPod's screen without completely removing the ipod from the band (so you have to do everything from memory) - Its not easy to get the iPod out -- certainly not while exercising - Its too hard to get at ..." "I run and work out. This work fine if you have good playlists to use, because you can't use your ipod. You can skip a song i guess, but you can't scroll thru menususe volume, or even see what you are doing. Functional for using playlists. "

"It is very hard to get the iPod in, and even harder to get it out. if you use it with the [...] system, you can't see the reading on the screen without removing the iPod. Can't control volume while it is in the sleeve either. Comfortable and easy to put on though. "
