Great IPOD, Bad Headphone Design

"I bought this the first day it was available in stores. I waited to get the one with the voice control. I used it to jog for 2 days and the mic/volume controls shorted out and quit working. I then took it back thinking that I got a lemon and got another. It lasted 7 days this time. Apple sent me the in-ear headphones for free, but the same thing ended up happening with them.
