I put the XT-2 to the test at a remote cabin with internet access but no cell phone signal. The automatic feedback cancellation works better than more expensive systems. "The sound is great for Itunes and CD's..however when you play a DVD movie the sound quality from this speaker is not much better than the built in notebook speaker so here is my suggestion..If you want this for music these are nice..for movies below average. "

"Good value. Better sound than some more expensive Logitech USB speakers purchased earlier. The option to power from AC and connect an MP3 player is a nice extra. I have not used the microphone but it could be another plus if you have a use for it. "
