In fact, it’s easier and better if it isn’t. Allsop’s ClearView Gel is a little strange at first. It’s liquid, but it’s a gel. Spray it on your laptop screen and it doesn’t run. It stays where it sprays; This one will not run. Just wipe o’er your screen ‘til it’s gone and it’s clean.
