Do you have any idea how many CD-Rs get bought and burned? More than 8 Billion in 2003. A little perspective: there are just under 6.4 Billion people on Earth. CD-Rs have become consumable, one-time use. You burn a music compilation of your favorite songs for the week, mail a ton of pictures to your Mom or use one just to get that huge sound file home from work. You may have noticed on your recent trip to Best Buy, that most CD-Rs are sold in bulk on spindles. You’re on your own for CD cases. And we all know the Jewel Case your Hootie & the Blowfish CD came in is too fragile. You drop it once and it breaks. Solution: the CD 2 Pack, made from Polypropylene, a flexible but firm plastic that protects the disc inside. It’s thin, but it’ll hold one or two discs and it’s virtually unbreakable. Toss it in your backpack, drop it in an envelope, include it with a presentation or use it as a Frisbee and your disc will arrive safe and sound.
