"I purchased this camera as a cheap vacation camera and for in-car video on the race track. At this price point you expect compromise. In this case the good outweighs the bad. The good news is the camera takes good video, is small enough to carry everywhere and has decent battery life. It also comes with a case, mini tripod and remote. "Reviews on this and other sites were generally good. An HD camera for so little money that was so small, seemed too good to be true, and it is. Indoor video was really not good. It was grainy even in decent indoor lighting. And the widest setting was way too tight for everyday shots indoors of kids, etc. And the battery didn't last very long. Disappointing...." Made great video and good stabilization.
Uses .mov format which is great for me cause' I use a MAC
Only 2 complaints - needs a longer strap for carrying.
