"I'm been using this exact model for over a year now for my Home Theatre PC and it works great. They also now make a model that uses a trackball instead of a pointing device. Battery life is good as I've only had to replace the AA batteries once in a year. "

"I bought this product a year ago. From the beginning the 8D cursor pad was difficult to use, now it's gone!! After only 12 months of slight weekend use the pad contacts are totally worn out. I have asked the company for a spare part but they are not sure if they have them. ?? "
