The GTP-870HD is ADCOM`s latest 7.1-Channel AV Preamp/Processor solution. Along with a full compliment of industry-standard audio and video inputs, the GTP-870 also sports balanced (XLR) outputs for use with ADCOM`s most powerful multichannel amplifiers. The GTP-870HD incorporates the National Semiconductor Video Converter and allows you to configure each video input for the proper resolution needed for your HD display.

"This adcome prepro was bought to pair with the adcom 5 channel poweramp. I am very happy with it so far. The prepro handles all my sources well. I don't need all the bells and whistles, HDMI 1.3 etc. I just want a solid prepro that is capable of delivering awesome sound. This does. "
