"I was recommended this product from my web site developer as he was adamant about an AMD processor he reviewed all the capacities for the cost and said he couldnt build a computer better for the cost. I would say like others it is surprising that no manual is included at all and hope a few pictures work for you. Tech support determined the hard drive was faulty and wanted me to send the machine to be fixed. Instead I got a hard drive shipped to me and I swapped the hard drive myself.
