BAD DESIGN--HANDSET FALLS OFF EASILY

"The cord can get twisted too easily. But the worst problem is that they redesigned the base for this model. Now the indentation on the base, where the bottom of the handset rests, allows the handset to not stay securely, and it can be pushed off the base if you just barely touch it. And if the cord gets twisted that makes it extra easy for the handset to lose its position on the base. This gets frustrating ..." Read Full Review »
