"Everything from running the graphing calc or working in logic and final cut express to just unwinding playing WoW is much smoother since the upgrade. Seeing as this kit is less then half that apple is asking for the same grade memory doing this is a no brainer. installation was a little nerve wracking though. "Doesn't work for a Macbook Pro 2.4 gHz late 2008 model. Per the specs on the RAM this is the right module, however there is a glitch in the design of the new computer and certain memory manufacturers are not compatible with the macbook pro.
