"I ordered ones pictured with the "2 cd" on them got (AC-001-0328 all clear not black insert.) what a piece of junk! almost broke my cd trying to take it out of the JAWS that holds cd in case.
I wanted ones with "2cd" inked on them as pictured but they sent junk.
